Adult Shooting and Puck Handling – Fundamentals & Control
Our Adult Hockey Shooting & Puck Handling Edmonton Course is a 7-week program designed for players looking to establish a solid, foundational understanding of controlling the puck and shooting effectively.
Pre-requisites:
- Powerskating 1.0 or equivalent skating abilities.
- Participants should be comfortable skating with the puck around cones
